Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

The short version: your tax documents and numbers are read and calculated inside your own browser. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. We have no accounts, no database and no tracking.

Information we do not collect

Tax Planning for All does not collect, receive or store your tax returns, paystubs, investment statements, the numbers you type, or your results. Documents are opened and read on your device by software that is delivered with this site. All calculations also run on your device. There is no account to create and no server-side processing of your tax information.

Information that stays on your device

• While the page is open, your entries live in the page's memory. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.
• “Remember on this device” is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, your entries are saved in your browser's local storage on this device only, so they are there next time you open the site in the same browser. Turning the option off deletes the saved entries. Anyone who uses the same browser profile could see them, so leave it off on a shared or public computer.
• Exports (the comparison CSV and the saved-entries file) are created on your device and saved wherever you choose. We never receive a copy.

Feedback you choose to send

If you use the feedback form, the message, the topic you pick and, only if you enter it, your email address are sent to the site owner through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Your tax figures, documents and results are never attached. Web3Forms processes these messages under its own privacy policy. We use feedback only to improve the site and to reply if you asked us to, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Information any website receives

To deliver the site, our hosting provider receives the technical information every web request includes, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This information is handled by the hosting provider for operating and securing the service. It does not include anything you enter into Tax Planning for All.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Tax Planning for All does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social media plugins or third-party scripts. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

How this is enforced

The site sets a Content Security Policy, a rule your browser enforces, that blocks the page from sending data anywhere except this site and the optional feedback service. You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, choose the Network tab, and upload a document. You will see the site load its own files and nothing leave your device.

Children

Tax Planning for All is intended for adults planning their own taxes and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
